Go Green Week the Uk’s largest week on climate change kicks off at the University on Monday, 8th of February.
This is a great opportunity to engage students and staff in Sustainability- This year we are definitely opting for greener alternatives and the Sustainability Team has decided to promote more energy saving initiatives and sustainable lifestyle practices.
The week will start at Harrow Campus with a wide variety of actives, including a cooking demonstration in partnership with Aramark, as well as, an amazing High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with Sam Lawrence. We only have 25 places available and all participants will receive a water bottle, please get in touch if you would like to participate!
On Tuesday and Wednesday the Sustainability Team will be at Regent St raising awareness on the importance of reducing our carbon foot-printing whilst promoting social responsibility and community engagement.
115 New Cavendish Street will host Go Green Week on Thursday 11th February, Dr Bike technicians will be available to make minor adjustments to your bike. We will be also having our smoothie bike and delicious Fairtrade products. Don’t miss that out!
